Parkinsons classes

Myself and the awesome Bev Ball, a physiotherapist in Petersfield, run 3 Parkinsons classes per week at the avenue pavilion in Petersfield.

The aim of these classes is to help slow their disease through exercise, improve their balance and posture, and help their mental health through exercise, having fun and socialising with others.
