“Big thanks to Pj just finished my 3 month program with him ,the programs he sent me to do in the gym were great and kept things fresh but what I found best was he was always at the end of the phone 24/7 if I needed any advice support or a bit of kick up the ass 😂.


I was stuck in a rut and had piled some weight on and needed somthing to get me motivated again since starting with Pj I have gone back playing Saturday football at the age of 36 after a year and half of not kicking a ball and am still feeling strong in the latter stages of the match . -
I have lost a stone in weight but more importantly my body shape has changed going from my dad bod back to where I was before I let things slide or maybe I would say I’m in better shape now than in my mid 20s . Clothes fit better I feel like i have more energy and am sleeping better !”

Online Client - 12 week program

OK. Before I start, posting these photos is one of the hardest things I've ever done.

The photos on the left were taken 12 weeks ago. I weighed 17st 5lbs (I actually started the year weighing an embarrassing 17st 12lbs) and thought I felt the best I had mentally for years. How wrong I was.

I approached Phil around 4 months ago. I have always struggled with my weight and diet and I needed some guidance on how to lose weight effectively but also maintain and not pile it back on when I got too comfortable. When I first spoke to Phil, I thought he was a PT who would beast me in the gym, put me on a low calorie diet and ban me from alcohol. Wrong. Phil is a mental wellbeing and fitness coach. I had no idea what that was, but I'm so glad I do now. Here's my story...

I began Phil's 12 week body, mind and lifestyle program in June. I thought losing weight consisted of eating boring salads, cutting out my beloved Stella Artois and KFC and being in the gym 7 days a week. Wrong, again! 

It's all about balance. I know that's probably quite obvious to some of you, but it seems I was approaching weight loss with blinkers on and didn't really know what I was doing or where I was going wrong. Phil helped me make those changes week by week, without it feeling like a huge burden. Every Monday I have a Zoom call with Phil where we talk about the week just gone, our lives, our experiences and my targets. It's just like a casual chat between mates, but I can't tell you how motivated I am for the week ahead after speaking to him for an hour.

The man is incredible.

As many of you know, I have suffered with mental health issues all my life and as I said earlier, I thought I was in a good place mentally 12 weeks ago. Compare that to where I am now and it's a complete contrast. I feel confident, I don't hate the way I look anymore, I feel great in my clothes and I'm generally happier in every aspect. I am also down to 15st 11lbs but I've come to realise the numbers on the scales aren't everything. 

If like me, you have struggled with diet, weight loss and mental health, I cannot recommend Phil enough. Contacting him was the best decision I've ever made.

Whilst I'm still not quite where I want to be weight wise, I now know how to get there and believe me, I will.
